Byrd Stadium

Byrd Stadium is located in College Park, Maryland on the Campus of the University of Maryland and was the site for the 2000 Drum Corps International World Championships August 9-12th. The Corps performed to the "visitor" side due to seating capacity from the upper deck of the stadium. The field is natural grass, joining Gillete Stadium, Invesco Field, The Orange Bowl, and the Rose Bowl as grass field finals sights of this decade.
The lighting at the stadium make the video recording of performances seem very dim.
