"Scotty" Chapelle

"Scotty" Chapelle was the bugle instructor for the Lt. Norman Prince Post Princemen of Malden, Massachusetts and he is credited with advancing chromatic bugles by facilitating the use of tuning slides to achieve previously-unavailable half-tone notes on the corps' one-piston G-D bugles.
